Mrs Fletcher has considerable experience in the fields of science and education. Her career has involved scientific medical research, lecturing physics to university science and engineering students, and teaching science in secondary schools. She is also qualified in careers education and guidance. As an Examiner for the Scottish Qualifications Authority, she is very experienced in the courses and standards of assessments required for the national testing of Physics.
