Leading lights of Scottish science turn spotlight on the high school

27 August 2002

The High School of Dundee today welcomed the cream of Scotland's scientific community, as it played host to the second meeting of the Scottish Science Advisory Committee (SSAC).

The SSAC, chaired by Professor Wilson Sibbett, Wardlaw Professor of Physics at St Andrews University, was set up to provide strategic advice that will help Scotland to make the most of scientific opportunities in business, education, and our day-to-day lives.
